Hansi Momodu-Gordon, Content Manager
Hansi is driven by a desire to share compelling stories and works across a range of outputs from copywriting to exhibition making and production She writes copy for Filigree and has previously written for Frieze, Aperture, Fowler Museum at UCLA, and Digital Women UK and is a former Tate Modern curator.
She has extensive experience working with British and international artists including Damien Hirst, Ellen Gallagher and Sonia Boyce. With a talent for bringing together multiple stakeholders to realise ambitious creative projects Hansi has worked in a curatorial and project management capacity for almost a decade.
Hansi has shaped unique visual art experiences in unusual spaces — such as Tate’s Turbine Hall and the port at Boulogne-sur-Mer, France.
She was a member of the curatorial team at Turner Contemporary gallery, Margate to deliver the place-making strategy for the town, ensuring that art and culture remain at the centre of its regeneration story. She managed a number of public artwork commissions there, including a neon artwork by Tracey Emin.
She holds an MA in Curating Contemporary Art from the Royal Collage of Art, and a 1st class BA (Hons) in English Literature, Media and Cultural Studies.
